What does "research use only" mean?

All VITALS products are intended strictly for laboratory research and identification purposes only. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use. See the Research Use Only page for the full statement.

Are products tested for purity?

Yes. Every batch of VITALS product is verified by an independent third-party laboratory before fulfillment. Identity, purity, and content are confirmed for each lot.

How do I see a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Where available, COAs are linked directly from the relevant product page. If you need a COA for a specific lot or a product whose certificate is not posted, email support@vitals.us.com and we will send it to you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped according to product availability and order volume. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is determined by the carrier, destination, and other factors outside of VITALS' control. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

What is your return policy?

If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact VITALS within a reasonable time after delivery so the issue can be reviewed. See the Refunds Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online checkout is temporarily paused while we transition payment systems. To place an order during this period, email orders@vitals.us.com and we will respond with payment instructions.

How do I get a discount?

Sign up for the VITALS email list and you will receive a 10% off code for your first order, along with occasional batch updates and product notes.
