Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped according to product availability, order volume, and fulfillment requirements.

Shipping times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of VITALS’ control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. VITALS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

If there is an issue with a shipment, customers should contact VITALS as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
