Refund Policy
Due to the nature of research products, all sales may be final once an order has been processed or shipped.
Refunds, replacements, or order corrections may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for issues such as fulfillment errors, damaged shipments, or incorrect items.
Customers must contact VITALS within a reasonable time after delivery if there is a problem with an order.
VITALS may request photos, order details, tracking information, or other documentation before approving any refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
